Lineup Logix helps youth coaches build fair lineups and track their season. We take your privacy seriously and aim to explain our practices clearly. This policy describes what we collect, how we use it, and your rights and choices.

What Lineup Logix is (and is not)

Lineup Logix is a lineup-management and season-tracking tool for youth sports coaches. It is not a medical record system, financial service, or document storage platform. You control what information you enter.

What you store is your choice — and your responsibility

You decide what to include in your Lineup Logix workspace. You are responsible for ensuring the information you add is appropriate. Please do not store:

• Full Social Security numbers or government ID numbers
• Full bank, credit card, or financial account numbers
• Medical records or protected health information
• Any sensitive personal data unrelated to coaching and lineups

Information we collect

Account info: Your name, email address, and password (hashed — we never store it in plain text) when you create an account.

Content you add: Team names, player names, game data, lineup history, and season stats you voluntarily enter.

Technical data: Basic device, browser, and performance data provided by our hosting platform (Firebase / Google Cloud) for reliability and security.

How we use information

To provide the service: Let you sign in, build lineups, track your season, and use Lineup Rescue.

To secure and improve: Monitor reliability, detect abuse, and improve features.

To communicate: Send essential account emails such as verification links, password resets, and policy updates. You can opt out of optional messages.

How your data is stored

Lineup Logix uses Firebase (Google Cloud) for authentication and data storage. Data is transmitted via HTTPS and stored using Google's security controls. While no system is perfectly secure, we follow industry-standard practices and review them periodically.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share limited information with trusted service providers only to operate Lineup Logix (e.g., cloud hosting, email delivery, payment processing via Stripe). These providers are contractually prohibited from using your data for their own purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users or the service.

Cookies and analytics

Lineup Logix may use strictly necessary cookies to operate the service. If analytics are enabled, we will use minimal, privacy-respecting configurations.

Your choices and controls

• Access and edit: You can view and update your content at any time.
• Delete: You can delete content or request account deletion by emailing us.
• Opt out: You can unsubscribe from optional emails at any time.

Children's privacy

Lineup Logix is intended for coaches — adults 18 and older. It is not directed to children. Player names entered by a coach are coaching data, not accounts. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

International use

If you access Lineup Logix from outside the United States, you understand your data may be processed in the U.S. and in other countries where our service providers operate.

Limits of responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy and content of the information you enter. Lineup Logix is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchored Arrows LLC disclaims liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy to reflect changes in our practices or the law. We will post updates with the revised date. If changes are significant, we may provide additional notice.
