Terms of Service

Agreement

By creating an account or using Lineup Logix, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. These terms form a legal agreement between you and Anchored Arrows LLC.

The service

Lineup Logix is a lineup-management and season-tracking tool for youth sports coaches. It helps you build fair lineups, manage game-day changes with Lineup Rescue, and track player participation across a season.

Your account

You must be 18 or older to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us at admin@anchoredarrows.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

You may use Lineup Logix for lawful coaching and lineup-management purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service
• Upload malicious code or interfere with service operations
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the service to store or transmit content that is harmful, illegal, or violates others' rights

Free access and paid plans

Lineup Logix may be offered free of charge, with full access to all features, during a limited pilot period. Free access is not guaranteed to continue and may end or change at any time. After free access ends, continued use requires a paid subscription. Subscription details, pricing, and billing are managed through Stripe. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.

Your content

You own the content you add to Lineup Logix — your teams, rosters, and season data. By using the service, you grant Anchored Arrows LLC a limited license to store and process your content solely to provide and improve the service. We do not sell or license your content to third parties.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate and that you have appropriate permission to enter information about the players and teams in your workspace.

Our intellectual property

Lineup Logix, its code, design, branding, and features are owned by Anchored Arrows LLC. These terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property beyond the right to use the service as described.

Availability and modifications

We aim for reliable uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may update, modify, or discontinue features with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of significant changes that affect paid subscribers.

Disclaimers

Lineup Logix is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available. Lineup Logix generates suggested lineups — final decisions are always yours as the coach.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anchored Arrows LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use the service — including lost data, lost profits, or coaching decisions made based on lineup suggestions. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months prior to the claim.

Termination

You may stop using Lineup Logix at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or misuse the service. Upon termination, your access ends. You may request a data export before your account closes by contacting us.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Virginia.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated terms with a revised date. Continued use of Lineup Logix after changes constitutes your acceptance.
